With more than 20 years of industry experience, Nick serves as a Senior Vice President/Investments and Compass Portfolio Manager.

Prior to joining Janney in 2007, Nick was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Advest and Merrill Lynch. He firmly adheres to a dynamic, client-centric philosophy which helps him toward meeting his clients' ever-changing needs. He sees client communicaiton and education as the cornerstones of investing success.

Nick specializes in providing retirement strategies for clients nearing or having reached retirement. By partnering with the Wealth Planning team at Janney, he provides a complete financial picture for the team's clients. In addition to designing a comprehensive financial plan, he helps to implement the appropriate changes required to manage risk in investment portfolios. This process helps keep the focus directed toward achieving long-term financial goals.

Nick is a graduate of Roger Williams University. He also holds the professional designation of Accrdited Asset Management SpecialistSM through the College for Financial Planning. Nick also holds securities and insurance licenses in various states. Most recently, Nick completed the Retirement Income Planning Certificate Program through the Warton School at the University of Pennsylvania and now holds the Retirement Income Planning Certification.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys golf. He is active in the community, serving as a volunteer with several community service and charitable organizations, inlcuding Chariots of Hope, Connecticut Sled Hockey and the West Hartford Food Pantry. Nick is a lifelong resident of Connecticut and lives in West Hartford with his wife, Michelle, and their two children, a son and daughter.
